Frankfurters combined with Mimakara, a speciality of Mima City.
Frankfurters kneaded with Mima City's spicy speciality, 'Mimakara'. The Mito district of Mima City, where the Mimakara chili is mainly produced, uses traditional farming methods that have been recognized as a World Agricultural Heritage System. The Abami pork, which is raised with care, has a characteristic soft yet firm texture, and is juicy and light.
