Supervised by the Handa hand-pulled Somen Cooperative and crafted by local specialist Tenshin Shoyu, this premium soup base is designed specifically to complement the unique flavour of Handa Somen. Rich with the aromatic depth of dashi, this versatile tsuyu can be enjoyed hot or cold throughout the seasons. While it is the ideal accompaniment for somen and other noodles, it also serves as an excellent base for hot pots and simmered dishes.
