Kinrobai

This delicate confectionary is inspired by a flower called Kinro-ume, which grows wild on Mt. Tsurugi, the highest peak in Tokushima Prefecture. The homemade bean paste, made with fresh milk and plenty of yolk, is coated with chocolate. It can be served with coffee, black or green tea, or any other beverage. This product melts easily, so we recommend storing it in the fridge and consuming within the day.
