Iya Valley Slow Cycling Tour 【Oboke & Iya】
Ride through one of Japan’s Three Hidden Valleys, the Iya Valley, on a stylish British-made folding bicycle, the Brompton. The course takes you past iconic spots such as the Kazurabashi Vine Bridge.
From there, enjoy a gentle ride along the old Iya Valley road, with spectacular sights along the way: the Hinoji Valley (awarded two stars by the Michelin Green Guide), the famous Peeing Boy statue perched on a 200-meter cliff, and numerous scenic viewpoints perfect for photos.
The course is mostly downhill, making it enjoyable even for those with less cycling experience. Along the way, rest stops double as scenic lookouts—great for Instagram-worthy shots.
This is a chance to discover the charm of Iya Valley in a way you simply cannot by car.
