Spring Vegetable Harvesting Experience

Depending on the season, visitors can harvest bracken, cod, udo, royal fern, kogomi, Japanese parsley, Japanese butterbur, urui, mitsuba, wasabi, and more.

You can also view the beehives of Japanese honeybees.

Original Tea Making Experience

Pick medicinal and fragrant herbs to make your own original herb tea, and learn all about the herbs’ uses and health benefits. 

 

Moxibustion Experience

A part of ancient Oriental medicine, Moxibustion is a traditional therapy that has been practiced for centuries as a home remedy in Japan. 

The experience starts with making moxa from mugwort herbs, known for their natural healing properties. The moxa are burned and used for treatment; the healing warmth from the aromas and smoke is the perfect way to unwind and release your fatigue.
