Escape the noise of the city and experience true life in the countryside, where you can relax as your senses come in tune with nature. At Inn Largo, you’ll wake with the rising sun to gentle birdsong as morning mists weave through the mountains surrounding you. The clean, pure air offers beautiful views of the stars at night, as well. 

In this plan, come in close to the sights and scents in nature and experience aroma distillation & making natural cosmetics. Learn about local herbs and other plants and harvest them with your own hands, then distill the collected plants to extract their fragrances. After that, harness your creativity to make your own unique natural cosmetics. ♪

The activities conclude with a soothing cup of herbal tea. The best way to relax in nature!

1 night with 2 meals, distillation and cosmetic making experience: 24,900 yen/person

*Meals will be countryside cuisine prepared using seasonal local ingredients.

Original Tea Making Experience

Pick medicinal and fragrant herbs to make your own original herb tea, and learn all about the herbs’ uses and health benefits. 

 

Moxibustion Experience

A part of ancient Oriental medicine, Moxibustion is a traditional therapy that has been practiced for centuries as a home remedy in Japan. 

The experience starts with making moxa from mugwort herbs, known for their natural healing properties. The moxa are burned and used for treatment; the healing warmth from the aromas and smoke is the perfect way to unwind and release your fatigue.
