Operated by VAN SKY SPORTS, this experience lets you fly together with a professional instructor―making it safe and enjoyable even for first-time flyers and children.

Fly over the stunning natural landscapes unique to Nishi-Awa, including the Asan Mountains and the Yoshino River. On clear days, you might even see as far as Awaji Island!

◆ Flight course (1000m course/500m course)

・1000m course (advanced scenic flight)
Take off from an altitude of around 1000 meters for a long, exhilarating flight. Soar for about 20 minutes as you glide over the beautiful mountains, deep valleys, and charming towns of Nishi-Awa. With the largest altitude difference in Japan,this popular course lets you enjoy both the thrill of soaring high and the beauty of Nishi-Awa’s incredible scenery.

・500m course (introductory flight)

A more relaxed option, this flight takes off from an altitude of about 500 meters and lasts approximately 10 minutes. Perfect for first-time flyers and even elementary school-aged children, it’s a great way to experience the thrill of paragliding in a safe, beginner-friendly setting.

*For both courses, flight location, altitude, and duration may vary depending on wind direction and weather conditions on the day of your flight.

◆ Precautions

*An additional on-site fee of ¥4,500 per person (for insurance and facility use) is required. Please pay in cash on the day of your flight.

・The entire experience—from check-in and preparation to the end of the flight—takes approximately 2 hours.

・Please arrive at the site at least 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. 

・Eligibility：Must be elementary school age or older (minimum height: 100 cm)

・Maximum weight: 100 kg

・Participants must be in good health.

・If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, or other medical concerns, please consult us in advance.

・Minors must have parent’s or guardian’s consent.  

・Flights may be delayed or canceled depending on weather and wind conditions on the day of the activity.                                    

※You will receive a confirmation phone call between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM the day before your flight from Van Sky Sports regarding weather and flight availability.

◆How to access

 By Car： Free parking is available on-site.

・From Tokushima City: Exit at Mima IC and drive west on route 12 for about 10 minutes. 　

・From Kochi or Matsuyama: Exit at Ikawa-Ikeda IC or Highway Oasis, then drive toward Naruto on Route 12 (about 10 minutes).

・From Takamatsu: Take Route 32 via Kotohira and Inohana, then head toward Naruto on Tokushima Route 12 (about 10 minutes from there)

By Public Transportation

・10-minutes walk from JR Mikamo Station：Free pick-up service available (Please request during the confirmation call the day before)
