Oboke Iya Awa Onsen, Awanosho

This alkaline hot spring inn is located at the entrance of Oboke/Iya, on the banks of the Yoshino River. On the top floor, there is an observatory from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains of Iya and the upper reaches of the Yoshino River. On Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m., a "Awa Odori mini stage" and "Awa Odori dance experience" are held in the banquet room (Japanese-style room) on the first floor, and are very popular.
